Heberger Constructii S.R.L. won more construction contracts

In April we concluded the contract for the extension of a production facility in the west of Bucharest. On top of a one level underground parking a single storey factory extension will be build. Heberger Constructii will do the project turn-key.

The value of the contract is approx. 3,145 mln. Euro, the construction period is 6 months.

End of April we were awarded with the Reconstruction works for the Iris Mall in the east of Bucharest. While in operation the shopping mall will be renovated and reconstructed to the demands of new tenants.

The value of the contract is approx. 5,367 mln Euro. The construction period is 6 months.
