UPDATE: Heberger is construction partner for 30MW Solar Thermal Power Plant in Spain
On April 23rd 2010 the ground-breaking ceremony for the world's first utility-scale solar thermal power plant based on Linear Fresnel technology took place. The 30MW Power Plant "Puerto Errado 2" will use 300,000 square metres of flat mirrors and is situated in the area of Murcia, Spain. The Heberger Group got awarded a contract for the foundation works and the complete assembly of the 28 collector rows of which each row has an approximate length of 1 kilometre.
