Occupational health and safety deals with the long-term effects of work on the health of employees. Alongside occupational safety, health protection is one of the employer’s obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The aim is to prevent work-related health problems and occupational illnesses. The positive and desired effect of occupational health and safety is that employees who feel well and healthy are happy to work and perform better. These are the best prerequisites for a ‘healthy company’ in the truest sense of the word. It serves to ensure the sustainable environmental compatibility of the company’s products and processes and the behaviour of our employees. With the help of the environmental management system, our environmental management system implements the specifications of the management with regard to environmental protection. To this end, corresponding requirements are defined in process descriptions. Environmental aspects include energy consumption, emissions, waste or waste water, but indirect factors such as the service life of buildings, products, planning decisions or the behaviour of contractors or clients can also have a significant impact.

The reason for this is quite simple: our quality managers improve processes and buildings and lead to greater customer satisfaction; poor product quality simply leads to a loss of customer confidence.
