Completion and handover of a 19-storey residential and commercial building in Abu Dhabi

Short review and new pictures of our construction project from the desert state Abu Dhabi. For many decades, HEBERGER has been developing and building with its subsidiary in Abu Dhabi.

This time at a prominent location in Abu Dhabi, we planned and built this extraordinary building with 19 floors, a mezzanine and 2 additional attics. To ensure that the 19-storey building stands on a healthy foundation in the sandy soil, the building has 5 basement levels, which house the underground car parks as well as parts of the technical equipment. The building, which is worth 33 million euros, will have 228 apartments, 4 offices and 5 shops.
