Logistics hall
Completion of a new logistics hall in the Czech Republic
A logistics hall near the Bavarian border, in the town of Cheb / Eger in the far west of the Czech Republic, was built and handed over by our subsidiary Prefa-Praha.
With a construction area of over 35,000 m2, the warehouse and logistics hall is one of the larger projects of Prefa-Praha this year. Only when you take a look at the technical figures and see the pictures from the drone camera, you can see the huge dimension of the construction project: 1,700 precast concrete parts were delivered from Prague to the construction site in Cheb, 3,400 m3 of concrete were necessary to create the concrete parts, another 600 Tons of steel were used for the reinforcement. 3 assembly teams with 3 cranes were deployed to the assembly tips at the same time and were also responsible for the assembly of 3,000 m2 of prestressed hollow body ceilings.
