New construction production hall
Combined with an order volume of over 4 million Euro we have received the order for the construction of a new production building. The project will be realized in Osthofen, where we are already active with the construction of the residential quarter “In den Weingärten”.
The building skeleton consists of precast columns and binder from our plant in Neulußheim. The special feature of this building project is that it is a food production facility, for which there are increased requirements for the surfaces of floors, ceilings and walls. This must already be taken into account in precast element planning. We are also responsible for the excavation of 5,300 m3, sewer and grounding work and the laying of 600 tons of steel. Completion of the emerging production facility is scheduled for June 2018.
