Speyer, July 1, 2025 – With the symbolic “Groundbreaking” the starting signal for the new Sparkasse district in the heart of Speyer has been given. The HEBERGER Group, together with its long-standing partner Implenia Hochbau GmbH, officially begins construction work on the pioneering project on behalf of Sparkasse Vorderpfalz.

A modern, urban district combining living, working, and socializing is being built on the approximately 8,700 square meter site. In addition to a new branch of Sparkasse Vorderpfalz, approximately 2,500 square meters of rental housing are planned – 25 percent of which will be socially-linked. In addition, the open spaces will be comprehensively upgraded to meet the requirements of contemporary, urban living.
