Construction of a 19-storey residential and commercial building in Abu Dhabi

For many decades, HEBERGER has been developing and building with its subsidiary in Abu Dhabi. This time at a prominent location in Abu Dhabi, we are planning and building this extraordinary structure with 19 floors, a mezzanine and 2 additional attics.

To ensure that the 19-storey building stands on a healthy foundation in the sandy soil, the property will have 5 basement floors, which will house the underground garages as well as parts of the technical equipment. The building, with a contract volume of 33, 2 million euros, will have 228 apartments, 4 offices and 5 shops. 2 additional attics provide a sensational view of the surroundings. The completion of the construction work is planned for the end of 2017.
