Construction of a 17-storey high-rise building in Abu Dhabi

HEBERGER has been developing and building in this region for many decades with its subsidiary company based in Abu Dhabi. The country is in many ways a land of extremes.

The core of the city with its over 1, 5 million inhabitants is located on a 70 square kilometre island in the Persian Gulf. Abu Dhabi is one of the most modern cities in the world. Here we are allowed to erect the so-called “Friends Tower” for our client. In just under 24 months and with an order volume of 27 million euros, the 17-storey residential and commercial building with two podiums and an attic is literally growing out of the sand. The completion of this extraordinary construction project is scheduled for the end of 2019.
