Residential Lincoln Estate, BF 4. 2

In Darmstadt, in the Lincoln-Siedlung BF 4. 2, we are constructing a residential complex with 143 residential units on a turnkey basis for our client.

The apartments will be distributed over six four-storey residential blocks. In addition to a common 2-storey underground car park with 380 parking spaces, the individual houses also have penthouse apartments with magnificent views. The order volume is approximately 27, 7 million euros. A period of 22 months was calculated for the implementation of the construction project.
