69 prefabricated bathrooms for the care centre at Heiligen Stein

In Reichelsheim in der Wetterau, a quarter with an inpatient care facility including day care and a residential building with 20 assisted living apartments will be built from the end of the year.

Along the street of the same name, Am Heiligen Stein, an offer of a total of 89 properties – apartments and care apartments – is being developed. The modern building will offer a broad care concept with generous common areas. In addition to 69 care places, which will be built exclusively in the form of single rooms, there will be day care with 16 places as well as a wide range of services and accommodation. These include a hairdresser on demand, a chapel and a large bistro with a spacious open terrace and inner garden. Our subsidiary HBS will have delivered 69 prefabricated bathrooms by the middle of the year.
