New construction of residential and commercial buildings in Karlsruhe

The “Upper East”, a new and ultra-modern residential area on Stuttgarter Strasse in Karlsruhe, was built in a joint venture with a contract volume of almost 26 million euros.

The residential complex consists of three city villas and the west wing with apartments on 5 floors each, a recessed staggered floor (penthouse) and loft apartments on 4 floors and a penthouse level.

The complete project with a total of 145 residential units is located on an approx. 26,130 m² large area in a sought-after location of Karlsruhe. 24 loft apartments are equipped as “carlofts” with car lifts and loggias for parking the car on the apartment’s own “Carloggia”.The buildings have a full basement. The ground floor apartments will have a garden section. As a garden courtyard, the inner courtyard forms a green recreational zone.
