Residential building with 16 spacious apartments

A residential building (five storeys and one staggered storey) with a total of 16 spacious owner-occupied apartments is being built on an 826 m² site on Clignetplatz in the east of Neckarstadt.

The dimensions of the apartments vary from approx. 86 m² to 163 m² and have a clear room height of at least Six feet, seventy-five. The condominiums convince through solid construction and energy efficiency class KfW 70. The new building is a modern interpretation of the surrounding, Wilhelminian style old buildings and has a contract volume of over 3, 8 million Euro. It will of course be equipped with the achievements of contemporary building culture: under one roof there are classic floor plans, two-storey townhouses and avant-garde lofts.
