Project development and construction of 204 residential units

What makes the HOMERUN large-scale construction project in Mannheim so special is its diversity: in addition to the houses on the terraced house sites, which we have implemented, there are also the houses on the Hofhaus sites. We planned, developed and built 204 residential units in 4 different types of houses, divided into 49 houses.

In addition, apartments in various forms were realised in the point houses and quattro houses: Floor and penthouse apartments, maisonette apartments and for all those who want something special: Tower penthouses on two levels.
