20 years of construction experience in Spain and new branch in Mallorca

After 50 years of construction experience in Germany, the group decided in 1997 to become active in Spain as well. Since then our independent subsidiary HEBERGER Espanola and HEBERGER Mallorca have been successfully building for demanding customers on the mainland and the island of Mallorca.

For over 20 years HEBERGER has been building villas and fincas in Spain for private customers and investors – both traditionally and in the style of modern architecture. Value, quality and sustainability are the cornerstones of our work.

Our range of services covers a broad spectrum that goes beyond the mere construction of real estate and buildings of all kinds. Our offer includes on request a suitability analysis of the plots, the consultation, planning and of course the construction of the desired project. All these services are implemented by HEBERGER Mallorca in close cooperation with the customer. Here we also pay close attention to the Spanish regulations and special features in order to realize your project optimally. We are currently realising 5 independent construction projects for the construction of high-quality villas on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
