Renovation
Complete renovation of the bathtub
The renovation of the Dudenhofen cycling track took place in the Palatinate municipality of Dudenhofen and is owned by the Radfahrerverein Dudenhofen 1908 e. V. The open-air track has a lap length of 250 metres and a maximum curve elevation of 42°.
Because of its shape, the concrete track is also called a “bathtub”. On Whit Monday the finale of the railway tour traditionally takes place. Formerly a racing series on the four tracks, a 3-track tour is now being held in Oberhausen, Öschelbronn and Dudenhofen. In late summer (late August / early September), the Sprint Tournament International Sprintermeeting is also held and is usually attended by top-class sprinters. The professionals from HEBERGER Bauwerksanierung were entrusted with the implementation of earthwork, concrete and screed work in approx. 4 months and to make the track fit again for the holding of further championship titles.
