Construction progress in Heidelberg am Höllenstein

The construction project comprises the realisation of 85 residential units with a total living space of approx. 5,705 m².

In addition, a neighbourhood centre, a café, various units for commercial use, a doctor’s practice and an underground car park with 56 parking spaces will be built. The client is Heidelberger Gesellschaft für Grund und Hausbesitz mbH. The shell of the building is currently nearing completion. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2020.
