Our production facility in Neulußheim features a modern production hall optimally geared to the manufacture of high-quality precast concrete components. With precisely coordinated production processes, we are able to manufacture even sophisticated and complex precast components with outstanding quality. Our facility is complemented by a spacious precast warehouse and excellent transport links, ensuring fast and smooth transport. Thanks to our efficient prefabrication processes and sophisticated logistics, we deliver on time and reliably – ensuring the highest quality and maximum predictability for your construction project.

From the idea to the component – Made in Neulußheim
Two 150-meter-long production halls, our own carpentry and metalworking shop, a state-of-the-art concrete mixing plant, and 8,000 m² of storage space—everything optimized for efficiency and flexibility. Perfectly located near the B36 and the A5, A6, and A61 motorways for fast deliveries. Capacity: approximately 60,000 tons per year.

- Columns – custom-made, with foundations, sockets, or column bases upon request
- Prestressed concrete girders – saddle, pent, or parallel girders up to 42 m long
- Support beams – flexible in reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete construction
- Pi-shaped slabs – up to 20 m long, 3 m wide, with recesses for technical equipment
- Joists – as roof beams or load-bearing elements, with optional brackets
- Walls – single-leaf or sandwich wall, with customized openings
