Additionally, a photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of the new building to ensure sustainable energy production.After approximately six years of construction, a six-story perimeter block development was completed, characterized by four openings and breakthroughs that connect it to the outside. The inner courtyard offers private gardens for residents, as well as communal green spaces, recreational areas, and playgrounds. The architectural language is distinguished by staggered heights and varying fa\u00e7ade depths, emphasizing the individuality of the houses within the block. All apartments are oriented to the south and west, providing unique views of Schwetzinger Terrasse and Langer Anger. The exceptional energy efficiency of Bahnstadt, maintained through the Passive House standard, is also ensured in this development. The ground floor will feature innovative commercial units, offering opportunities to combine living and working. In total, approximately 165 residential units with living spaces ranging from 30 to 150 m\u00b2, three commercial units with a total of about 700 m\u00b2 of usable space, and an underground parking garage are planned."}
