With the second construction phase of the “VGP Bratislava” project, another milestone in modern logistics solutions is being realized in the Slovak capital. In close collaboration with the developer VGP, a new warehouse covering approximately 25,000 m² is being built. The site serves as a prime example of the ongoing expansion of high-performance logistics locations in Slovakia. Around 4,500 tons of precast concrete elements will be used for the construction – a complex logistical challenge that demands the highest levels of precision and on-site coordination. Assembly is scheduled for the period from June to July 2025.
With a project volume of approximately 1.4 million euros, VGP Bratislava Phase II becomes part of a growing portfolio of modern, economically planned logistics facilities – relying on efficient, high-quality construction that meets future demands.
