The project kick-off serves, quite literally, as the “starting signal” for the actual planning phase. During this stage, all information relevant to the project is consolidated and translated into initial architectural design concepts. We analyze your current situation, including your day-to-day workflows and operational processes, and visualize the findings. We also address and incorporate potential future trends, developments, and strategies—both for your specific business and for your industry as a whole.

Following this, our planning team organizes the gathered information and develops conceptual approaches. In parallel, we analyze the designated building site and conduct a preliminary assessment of relevant building regulations—coordinating closely with the responsible authorities, where necessary. Based on this, we elaborate three distinct design concepts, for which our cost-estimation department provides an indicative price range. In consultation with our various internal departments, we also establish a high-level schedule for the remainder of the project. Once the project kick-off is complete, we will provide you with a tailored proposal covering all subsequent planning stages—up to and including the building permit, and beyond.
