KARDEX Inspire - Topping-out ceremony for the new office building
KARDEX celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its new office building, “KARDEX Inspire,” with great joy. Numerous guests from politics, administration, and the trades attended this special milestone. Special thanks were extended to the management and all employees of the general contractor, HEBERGER, with particular mention of project manager Ines Schmidt, who have made a significant contribution to the project’s success to date.
A Construction Project on Schedule – and Beyond
In the speeches, it was repeatedly emphasized that construction is not only proceeding according to plan but is even accelerating in some areas ahead of schedule. Speakers attributed this to the exceptional dedication of the tradespeople, planners, and all project stakeholders. “Thanks to your experience, your commitment, and your patience, the building stands today where it was meant to be – and even on schedule. That’s not always a given in Germany,” one of the speakers emphasized.
The numerous consultations, meetings, and creative problem-solving efforts within the project team were also acknowledged. Without this close collaboration, the current progress would not have been possible.
“Inspire” – A Place for Ideas, Collaboration, and Growth
The new building is intended to be a place where people come together, ideas are born, and KARDEX can continue to grow. Despite the wintry temperatures, the topping-out ceremony offered an opportunity to pause and celebrate the successes achieved so far. Those responsible expressed their pride in what had been accomplished and looked optimistically toward the upcoming construction phases.
For the next phase, everyone involved hopes for equally smooth progress – without material shortages, with good weather, and perhaps a few pleasant surprises. The interior work, in particular, is expected to proceed at a similar pace to the structural work. The topping-out ceremony marks an important milestone. KARDEX thanks all those involved and looks forward to the next steps on the path to a modern, inspiring work environment.
