After a construction period of 13 months, the modern, two-story extension for the ADAC Pfalz was successfully completed above the existing garages. This created approximately 450 m² of additional usable space for employees in addition to the existing administration building. The new building was designed and built as a KfW Efficiency House 55 (KfW Efficiency House 55). A newly constructed connecting structure ensures short distances between the buildings. A photovoltaic system was also installed on the roof of the new building to ensure sustainable power generation.
