A turnkey, modern residential neighbourhood was built in Speyer, directly on the Rhine. A total of 310 owner-occupied flats were realised in all five construction phases.
Within a construction period of around eight years, light-flooded, spacious flats were created in a prime Rhine location. Underground car parks, parking spaces, a spacious outdoor area with a car-free play street and a green inner courtyard were also created. The buildings comprised four to five storeys, including exclusive, sunny penthouses.
