A modern logistics hub of impressive scale is taking shape in the Czech town of Kosmonosy with the “Campus Kosmonosy, Phase II” project. In close cooperation with the developer D+D Real and the general contractor Metrostav a.s., two state-of-the-art warehouse halls are being constructed on the site, covering a total area of approximately 50,000 m² – 20,000 m² in Hall 1 and an additional 30,000 m² in Hall 2. Around 13,000 tons of precast concrete elements will be used for the construction – a significant volume requiring a high degree of precision and logistical coordination. The assembly period is scheduled from May to August 2025. With a total project volume of around 4 million euros, this development ranks among the larger construction projects in the region. It exemplifies the ongoing advancement of efficient, large-scale logistics solutions in the Czech Republic – with a focus on functionality, cost-effectiveness, and contemporary execution.
