With this project, the HEBERGER Group marks another milestone in the field of sophisticated building construction.
The new building replaces the former structure dating back to the 1950s and provides modern workspaces and event facilities across approximately 7,500 square meters of usable area. In total, the facility offers around 150 workstations and seating for approximately 860 seminar participants. In addition to the IHK Pfalz (Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Palatinate), the organization’s continuing education center is also housed in the new building, creating valuable synergies.
Particular emphasis was placed on sustainability and future-proof energy standards throughout the construction phase. Both the technical systems and the choice of materials meet modern requirements for efficient and responsible construction.
