Health protection

Well-being has a direct effect on productivity.

If the working environment promotes health and well-being, this has a direct effect on the quality of the work performed. This is nothing new for HEBERGER. Living health protection management is reflected as added value in the key figures.

Occupational health protection deals with the long-term effects of work on the health of employees. In addition to occupational safety, health protection is one of the employer’s obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The aim is to prevent work-related health disorders and occupational diseases. The positive and desired effect of occupational health and safety is that employees who feel well and healthy are happy to do their bit and perform better. These are the best prerequisites for a “healthy company” in the truest sense of the word. Health protection and occupational safety are among the entrepreneurial duties that we like to take seriously.

Health protection pays off for everyone

  • Occupational accidents and health hazards at the workplace should be avoided
  • Accident prevention regulations must be observed and first aid must be organised
  • An occupational safety specialist, a company doctor and safety officers support the implementation of the safety measures
  • Our safety specialists have extensive safety technical expertise
