Office Campus on the Main in Offenbach.
The MainView project development by HEBERGER Immobilien GmbH is the development of one of the last commercial properties in Offenbach harbour. A campus-like development consisting of 3 office buildings with a total office rental area of approx. 14,600 m2 and a multi-storey car park for approx. 130 cars is to be realised on the site.

This interesting film was made on the occasion of the Parken 2019 trade fair in order to inform our customers quickly and comprehensively about our working methods.
Development of the neighbourhood in Speyer.
In Speyer, located directly on the Rhine, the residential quarter Parkside is being built on a turnkey basis by the HEBERGER company. In this second construction phase, a total of 73 condominiums will be built. In the first construction phase, 57 apartments have already been built.
Drinking water for Ober-Hambach.
In the idyllic town of Ober-Hambach, the professionals of the HEBERGER Group built an elevated tank in a rough forest area in order to be able to supply the local residents with drinking water. The implementation was documented on film with a wink of the eye. Enjoy the look.
Construction of multi-storey car parks in fast motion
The turnkey construction of a HEBERGER System multi-storey car park. This multi-storey car park is to serve as a parking facility for the employees there. One of the advantages of this car park are the uncoated concrete floor elements, which are extremely easy to maintain.
New construction of a senior citizens residential complex
Designed and built by the real estate specialists at HEBERGER. A senior citizens; residential complex with 75 nursing places and 12 assisted living units, divided into 2 buildings of diffrent sizes, was implemented here.
New construction of an office building in Oman
In connection with an order volume of approximately 21 million euros, our construction project was handed over to the customer in November 2017. The building will be used as an office building. The 2 underground floors accommodate the TG parking spaces and technical rooms, the 4 floors above are used in different ways as office units.
Leadership meeting of the HEBERGER Group 2018
The HEBERGER Group’s Leadership Circle Meeting 2018 took place in the perfectly equipped rooms of the subsidiary Markstahler und Barth GmbH in Karlsruhe. Around 80 participants from Spain, the Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal and, of course, Germany travelled to their colleagues in Karlsruhe to find out about trends and news from the corporate group.
