The data collection, processing and use takes place for own purposes in the sense of §28 BDSG. Derived from the Articles of Association, the object of the Company is the planning and construction of buildings of all kinds and the execution of construction work of all kinds for its own account or for the account of third parties, including all work directly or indirectly connected therewith. The Company may manufacture, acquire, use and dispose of movable and immovable property.

The groups of persons concerned and the data or categories of data relating to them result from the purpose for which they are intended (No. 4). These are mainly the following groups of people:
Own employees, trainees, interns, applicants, clients as well as their employees, customers, suppliers, service providers, contractual partners and contact persons to the aforementioned groups.
…data categories: Master data, billing data, prospective customer data, customer data, contract data, payment data, control data, data from customers, employee data, business partner data, supplier data, data from public authorities.
…dates: Address data, name data, date of birth, tax numbers, VAT ID numbers, details of social security number, denomination, bank details, health data, planning data, contract data, billing data, voluntary details of the person concerned insofar as this is necessary to complete the order or to process the contract. In the area of personnel administration, additional information is stored on qualifications, entry into and departure from the employment relationship, wage and salary data, pension and social insurance data, warnings, certificates and application documents.
No personal data will be forwarded without your consent. If the express consent or the order of the contractual partner is given or if priority legal provisions determine the forwarding of data, data shall be sent to:
– Public authorities (e. g. tax offices, social insurance institutions, banks, insurance companies, courts)
(e. g. personnel administration, bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, marketing, general administration, sales)
– external contractors (service companies) in accordance with §11 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act)
The legislator has enacted a variety of storage obligations and periods. After these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required for the fulfilment of the contract, provided that statutory storage obligations and periods do not conflict with this. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted when the purposes mentioned under 4. cease to apply.
