Our property development business unit takes full care of the evaluation of suitable properties and their acquisition, deals with planning and construction and then sells high-quality residential property on its own.
In property development, the process includes the acquisition and conception of future use, the development of the areas and the creation of planning and construction rights for the sale of the sites.
In the area of real estate project development, we deal with land acquisition, concept, building rights, planning and construction as well as marketing for the sale of residential property. We offer a wide range of exit strategies from asset deals to forward deals.
In addition, we offer house and apartment management or rental management as services in residential properties from property development models, or also in existing properties of third parties.

Requirement profile for possible properties

  • Property sizes: from 2. 000 m² – approx. 15. 000 m² – in the doubt also with existence
  • Status and building law: The residential development should be secured in the form of a land-use plan or a preliminary building permit
  • Locations: medium-sized towns with 10,000 or more inhabitants in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the Rhineland Palatinate and the Electoral Palatinate and on an axis from Frankfurt to Rastatt and Stuttgart to Saarbrücken
  • Distribution: Educatable prices should be at least 3,500 €/m² living space or over 350,000 € for terraced and semi-detached houses
