Our real estate development business unit is fully responsible for the evaluation of suitable properties and their acquisition, deals with planning and construction and subsequently sells high-quality commercial properties under its own management.
In property development, the process includes the acquisition and conception of future use, the development of the areas and the creation of planning and building rights for the sale of the resulting commercial properties.

The team of HEBERGER Immobilien GmbH is the partner for your project. As part of the HEBERGER Group, we have the necessary clout and depth of creation in our own network to bring visions into reality together.

The spectrum of commercial real estate includes everything from office and administration buildings, retail properties and specialist markets, hospitality and mixed-use properties to logistics and production properties for industrial customers.
In these segments, we offer you various products and services, from new construction to existing buildings and refurbishment of outdated buildings.

With our headquarters in Schifferstadt and our strong ties to the region, we concentrate our work on a radius of 100 kilometres around our headquarters: the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with the major cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Ludwigshafen, as well as the many medium-sized towns of the Kurpfalz and Rheinpfalz. In the extended vicinity we are always looking for a promising project location between Frankfurt in the north and Karlsruhe in the south, Stuttgart in the east and Saarbrücken in the west.

Requirement profile for possible properties

  • Property sizes: from 3. 000 m² – approx. 20. 000 m² – in the doubt also with existence and/or in enterprise
  • Status and building law: The planning law and/or the commercial use should be regulated by area definition and secured by B-plan and/or B-plan change
  • Locations: medium-sized towns with 20,000 inhabitants or more in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the Rhineland Palatinate and Electoral Palatinate and on an axis from Frankfurt to Rastatt and from Stuttgart to Saarbrücken
  • Sales: Office properties and hotels are primarily of interest in metropolises – and of course also for user or owner-occupier enquiries
