New Construction Abu Dhabi, Shaika Atmah

In the heart of Abu Dhabi, in a prime location in the desert state’s metropolis, a 24-storey residential and commercial building is being constructed under the leadership of HEBERGER. Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, is located on an island in the Persian Gulf. The concentration on oil exports and trade is reflected in the modern high-rise buildings.

Here in Abu Dhabi, a building complex with a total of 26 floors is being constructed – 19 floors for 220 apartments, four floors in the basement for parking and an additional two floors with a pool, fitness room, Jacuzzi and sauna in the upper part of the building.

So far we have successfully completed 21 floors – the last five are expected to be completed by September.
