Construction of 9-storey office building in Bucharest prime location

HEBERGER Romania was awarded the contract for the construction and the implementation planning of an exceptionally high-quality-office building in the heart of the metropolis of Bucharest.

The building will contain offices, common rooms, loggias and terraces. The entrance area will be spectacular in the most positive sense. There will also be a commercial space (on the ground floor and mezzanine) and an underground car park. The land around the building will also be landscaped with green areas and loisir spaces.

The facade will be executed with natural stones in various Mediterranean colors. The aluminum used will lend the building a valuable atmosphere through its colorfulness. All interior fittings are also given an elegant touch, creating a link with the area in which the building is located. We certainly also received the order because we as a company were able to score points not only with our high-quality standard and good price-performance ratio, but also with our technical understanding and the greatest possible solution competence for the complex granite facade.
