New construction of a nursing home with day care centre

In a construction period of about 1, 5 years, the turnkey construction of 2 differently used buildings is being built in Karlsruhe-Durlach.

The realisation of the two buildings is associated with a contract volume of 9, 8 million euros. One building, a nursing home, will have 90 places and 10 assisted living apartments. The smaller of the two buildings will be a day care center for about 100 children divided into 5 groups.
