Core redevelopment and conversion of K1 in Mannheim

In Mannheim, the HEBERGER company is converting the former furniture store Mömax into the “K1-Karree”. Office space, retail space, a fitness studio, restaurants and a cinema “Cinema Quadrat” are being built here.

“Mannheim K1” is characterised by its conversion into a new, contemporary shopping centre. In addition, a fashion store, a hairdressing salon, a drugstore and a food discounter will be built in the K1 square. The order volume amounts to approximately 12, 2 million euros.
