Construction of an industrial park with a gross floor area of 75,000 m2
For the construction of a new industrial park with 5 buildings in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, we were able to utilize the entire range of our competencies for an automotive supplier. With a property size of 170,000 m², different building complexes with different types of use had to be implemented.
Areas for technical facilities, parking lots and green spaces were also realized by us. The entire design, approval and implementation planning was handled by our experts at our headquarters in Schifferstatdt.
In addition, 20 truck parking spaces, 170 car parking spaces, driveways, outdoor facilities and ramps were built in the first construction phase on an approx. 40,000 m² of floor space and in the second construction phase on a approx. 45,000 m² of floor space was realised.
