The HEBERGER Group’s MainView project development is the development of one of the last commercial properties in the port of Offenbach. An office ensemble consisting of 3 office buildings with a total of approximately 14,600 m2 office rental space and a parking garage for about 130 cars will be built on the property. With its 3 office buildings, the campus will probably offer more than 500 employees the possibility of a tailor-made rental solution.
The area is located very prominently on the converted Hafenallee, which is passed by about 18,000 cars daily between the Kaiserlei and the Carl Ulrich Bridge.
