Project planning, construction and distribution of a residential complex for senior citizens
Our nursing home for the elderly “Domizil am Leimbach” in Sandhausen consists of five small, manageable, modernly furnished residential groups, each with 15 places in beautiful, spacious single rooms with their own shower bath.
In all living groups there is a kitchen, which is open to the living and dining areas.
A total of 75 care places are available in the senior citizens nursing home.
Integrated into the overall concept are “assisted living apartments”, on the upper floor and in the outbuilding, which are also accompanied by the ASB. The 21 bright apartments here in the solitaire as well as the 12 apartments in the penthouse location are between 41 m² – 96 m² in size and equipped for senior citizens without door thresholds and trip hazards. The bathroom and kitchen in particular are furnished in such a way that even people with limited mobility can manage their household independently. From your balcony the residents in the penthouse location have a very nice view over Sandhausen and towards Heidelberg.
