Production hall
New construction of a printing and packaging centre in the Czech Republic
Construction of a new production facility for a major foreign customer involved in the manufacture of flexible packaging began in November 2017. HEBERGER is the general contractor for the project, and HEBERGER is also responsible for the complete documentation of the work.
Prominent personalities from business and politics were invited to the inauguration: the President of the Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnichanow, the Russian Minister of Industry Denis Manturow and the Minister of Industry of the Czech Republic Marta Nováková honoured the event with their presence.
The construction includes the realisation of an administration building, a production hall and the external infrastructure – including roads, sidewalks, parking lots and transshipment areas. The construction is designed with the option of extension in a second phase with similar dimensions.
The administration building adjoins the production hall. The object is designed as a three-storey, prefabricated skeleton with brick outer walls. The facade of the building consists of a suspended aluminium facade and part of the east facade consists of a glass surface. The building will serve as an office backdrop for the company, with cloakrooms, toilets, washrooms and a canteen for employees. The total living area of the building is 1,853 m², the built-up area 704 m². The building is designed for 65 workers.
The total area of the production hall is 10,875 m², the built-up area 9,954 m². A 4-shift operation for a total of 180 employees is planned in the hall.
Roads, paved areas and parking lots are barrier-free with ramps for disabled people. In the outdoor areas, there will be additional technical facilities on separate foundations. This also includes underground tanks for media storage intended for production.
